NBE Property Restoration is the culmination of years of experience and dedication to the construction and restoration industry. We are a subsidiary of SCB Builders, Inc. and have deep roots in the industry. Brothers David and Eric Keith have been involved in construction since they were young, working for their family's business, Cobblestone Homes. Both obtained their contractors licenses at a young age and have continued to build on their knowledge and expertise through their work at K2 Environmental, Pacific IAQ, NBE Property Restoration, and SCB Builders. At NBE Property Restoration, we have a diverse and skilled team of professionals who bring a range of strengths to the table. Our experts have extensive knowledge and experience in handling complex issues such as smoke damage, water intrusion, air quality, construction defects, mold and fire restoration. When it comes to tackling these challenges, it's important to have experienced professionals on your side. Additionally, having a high-quality licensed and bonded builder to oversee your project is critical to ensuring its success.
Co-Founder & CEO of K2 Environmental (2002), Founder & CEO of NBE Property Restoration (2011), Fonder & CEO of Sonoma County Builders (2016). In 2021, David merged NBE and SCB into a single company, with SCB as the parent company and NBE Property Restoration as the brand for most restoration and reconstruction services.
Biologist, Co-Founder & VP of K2 Environmental (2002), Founder of PacificIAQ (2006), NBE Property Restoration (2011),VP of Sonoma County Builders (2018). CMRS, CMC, CIEC.
Mike Nunnally is a seasoned professional in the industry, having started his career at K2 Environmental. He later worked as a manager at Restoration Management Company before becoming a partner at NorthBay Environmental in 2018. Mike is a key player in our restoration division and plays a central role in coordinating our efforts.
Beau as the leader of our Mitigation Department. He has a wealth of experience in managing water loss, smoke damage and mold remediation projects. He is an insurance specialist and can help our clients with their claims.
Rick has been with SCB Builders since 2015. He is well-versed in all phases of construction, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing and framing. Rick is dedicated to delivering client's projects with the utmost attention to detail and care. Beau as the leader of our Mitigation Department.
Since 2019, Ben has been a valued member of the NBE/SCB team, currently serving as one of our top project managers. With his attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Ben helps to ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His dedication and professionalism are an invaluable asset to our team, and we are grateful to have him on board.
Since 2021, Dylan McGarr has been a valued member of the SCB team, and worked his way up to Project Manager. Dylan helps to ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
KO has been our office manager since 2023 and is available to assist with scheduling, accounting, and answering any questions about our services. With her help, we are able to ensure that all of our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Johnny joined our team in 2018 during the Tubbs wildfire storms, and has since become a valuable member of our reconstruction team. Although his expertise lies in electrical work, he also has experience in plumbing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. With his diverse skill set, Johnny ensures that all aspects of your project are completed to the highest quality standards.
